在网站目录下找到 storage/cert/{租户ID} 文件夹：
- 私钥文件：
private_key.pem - 公钥文件：
public_key.pem
配置方案以接收南网数据
获取方案ID后，在 product/approveStatus 中对应相应的方案ID。
配置接口回调链接
设置回调链接为：{{接收地址}}/path/csg/{{租户ID}}/product/approveStatus
注意每一步的细节配置，确保数据能正确传输。
